The New Life Body Sculpting Weight Loss Protocol is a doctor-supervised program designed to help you lose weight, look better, and feel healthier. Can’t I just lose weight by eating a low-calorie diet?
Most people will lose weight by going on a low-calorie diet, but the body will quickly go into “starvation mode.” When you cut your calorie intake, your body protects itself by slowing down your metabolism, burning muscle for energy, and storing any fat you consume. Not only is this not healthy, but it’s also the exact opposite of what you are trying to do, and accounts for that rebound in the weight that you often see after you stop dieting.

Will I be hungry all the time?

What if I skip a meal or part of a meal?
The New Life Program fine-tunes your body’s metabolism to burn fat. The supplements we give you and the menus are important to keeping your body well-tuned to succeed. You cannot skip meals, nor can you exchange portions from one meal to another. It’s very simple, follow the program, and you will lose weight.
Does the amount of weight loss slow down after the first two weeks?
Many times there is a large amount of weight loss in the first week, then a gradual slowing of weight loss. It doesn’t mean that your weight loss has stopped. Typically, inches are being lost continuously, and after a period of time, you will experience another large drop in weight. This is actually pretty common for most weight loss programs.*
Do I have to stop after 42 days?
Yes, but you will need to enter into the “cycling phase” for at least three weeks in order to make sure your body doesn’t adapt to the benefits of the supplement.
Can I drink alcohol while on the program?
